The following is an introduction to the characters who have appeared so far.
KentIn his previous world, his name was Kenta Yamamoto. He was a freelancer working at a famous national home improvement store chain (which also had overseas locations). After getting caught in his younger sister’s traffic accident, he was reincarnated into an otherworld similar to the game world his sister loved. After reincarnation, he is enrolled as a second-year student at the Royal School. He leads a somewhat “cheat-like” life using a mysterious tablet terminal that allows him to purchase items from the home improvement store where he worked before his reincarnation.
Characters Appearing in the Game
RachelThe protagonist of the game “Otherworld School Story,” which Kenta’s younger sister, Akane, loved. She is a first-year at the Royal School. In terms of appearance, she has a plain look typical of a protagonist character with no particularly striking features. It turned out that her inner self was actually Kenta’s younger sister. Unlike the original protagonist, she loves cosplay and excels at sewing. She is fond of Caro (described below).
JosetteThe villainess who obstructed Rachel in “Otherworld School Story.” She is always accompanied by two followers. She is a second-year student in the same class as Kent. A silver-haired, large-breasted beauty with refined features, she is said to be the most beautiful girl in school and possesses excellent grades. She is a Duke’s daughter from a lineage second only to the Royal Family, and has twelve older siblings. Due to her encounter with Kent, she stopped being a villainess and changed into a woman in love, devoted solely to Kent.
CarolineA first-year female student who serves as one of Josette’s followers. She has pink twin-tails, is short, and is flat-chested. She possesses academic ability that constantly maintains the top rank in her grade, and her appearance remains youthful and cute. She lived as a fugitive due to her father’s arrest, but through Josette’s introduction, she became a housemate at Kent’s home, and their relationship progressed into a romantic one. Later, the suspicions against her father were cleared, and she returned home. Everyone calls her Caro. She possesses a terrifying skill (?)—an extraordinary sense of smell that allows her to understand certain things just by sniffing. Because she is clever and highly adaptable, Kent places absolute trust in her.
PrimA second-year female student who serves as one of Josette’s followers. She is tall with purple hair in a ponytail. As the daughter of a great merchant, she is in charge of the school’s cafeteria.
GordonThe Prince of the country where Kent and the others live. He is a third-year with blond hair and blue eyes, a handsome man. In the game, he was the most difficult romance target to capture. Since he is not the eldest son, his right to the throne is lower in the line of succession.
CedricA second-year romance target in the game. His parent serves as a Minister of the country. His academic ability is top-tier, he has green hair, and he is somewhat short. He seems concerned about Rachel, who has become distant, but he has been making approaches toward Josette.
MarkA first-year romance target in the game. His parent is the Commander of the Knight Order. He is a tall man with black hair and excels in martial arts. He seems to be interested in Marie (described below), whom he happened to see in town.
Marie’s Bakery RelationsMarieA woman in her late twenties who runs the bakery across from Kent’s house. She has Kent’s ideal physique, with an attractive proportion where everything is in the right place. Originally, she was the owner of a plain, small bakery, but with Kent’s help, she became the owner of the bakery boasting the highest sales in town. She returned her feelings of gratitude to Kent with her body, which led to her falling in love with Kent and becoming a housemate.
CatherineMarie’s daughter. She has brown hair tied in braids on both sides. In the setting, she is about twelve years old. She harbors feelings of affection toward Kent.
EmilyA shop fairy said to reside in a shop and grant blessings. She can demonstrate abilities equal to her contractor, the Master, and it seems her power increases as the scale of the shop grows. Having formed a contract with Kent, she protects the shop while working at Marie’s bakery. Originally small and invisible to ordinary humans, she can become visible by her own will. When visible, she transforms into a blonde woman with the same three-sizes as Marie, which is Kent’s preferred physique.
AlAn Alraune, a transformed Mandrake that Catherine and Rachel found being sold as food at a street stall in town. Usually small and invisible to most humans, she changes into the form of a young child when made visible. She has abundant knowledge regarding agriculture and plants and can use magic. She formed a contract with Kent. Unlike Emily, the shop fairy, she can move around outside freely, so she often accompanies Kent.
PattyA female student and classmate of Kent. Sitting in the seat next to him, she had been concerned about Kent. She managed to start working at the same part-time job as Kent and intended to close the distance between them, but the guard around him is strict, and things haven’t progressed much to this day. She lives in a family of seven, including her parents, two younger brothers, and two younger sisters. Because her wages at Marie’s bakery are too high, it seems her relationship with her parents is worsening.
ElnetteA female swordswoman in her mid-twenties. As a swordswoman, she apparently possesses skill that is quite high-tier within the country. She is actually the older sister of the Duke’s daughter, Josette. Tall for a woman, she is a silver-haired beauty with long hair. She herself is concerned about her disappointing chest. Harboring feelings for Kent, she decided to work at Marie’s bakery somewhat forcefully.
Noble Relations
DukeThe father of Josette and Elnette. His rank is that of a Duke, a high-ranking noble second only to the Royal Family. He evaluates Kent’s abilities highly and provides various forms of cooperation. At this point, details such as his name have not appeared.
Baron FrederickThe father of Caroline. His rank is that of a Baron, a lower-ranking noble. He was detained due to a false accusation, but thanks to Kent’s efforts, the accusation was cleared, and he was released.
Baron KroiseDriven by greed, he framed Baron Frederick with a false accusation, but his misconduct was exposed by Kent, and his title was stripped.
Sampto Town Relations
Town HeadManages the organization of the town and the maintenance of the Lord’s villa.
VernaThe daughter of the Town Head. Because she acted arrogantly about being the Town Head’s daughter, she was ignored by children of her own generation and has no friends.
ChuckThe Head Guard of the town of Sampto.
OthersTiaA newly appointed teacher at the Royal School. She wears glasses like the bottom of milk bottles. She has brown hair in a braid at the back and her clothing is plain. Actually, when she undresses, she has a very attractive physique.
EtsigoyaThe owner of the bakery that used to boast the highest sales in town. He committed various misdeeds to make a profit, and because his misconduct was exposed by Kent and the others, he was detained and his storefront was confiscated.
