Advice PLEASE READ

I want to ask you if I should just follow the novel or divide it to parts for example

1)follow the novel: they will understand his identity from the start and react.

2) I will divide the arks and skipp them somehow that they wouldn't find out his identity while reacting. For example no Chung myung pov or at least not the pov about the past

I'm thinking of 1. What do you think???
