I, Seyi Falt, had turned the Demon Dragon I met along the way into an errand boy and set off for a new sightseeing spot.

Our destination was the dragon kingdom said to be above the clouds: Sky-Foshwa.

“Wow! Wow! Amazing! Sui-chan, look, look! The sea is so far away!”

“…………!”

Daphne-chan, the rabbitfolk slave, was leaning over the ship’s railing and peering down below.

She was getting excited together with Sui-chan, Undine’s daughter. So cute.

“…………”

“Oh, Zenith-chan, what’s wrong?”

I was sitting on a chair on the deck of the ship Triton, basking in the sun.

Beside me, Zenith-chan had been standing there the whole time.

“……N-No.”

Her face was pale. Hmm?

“Tell me if you’re feeling sick, okay?”

“……Ah, no. It isn’t that I feel sick…… It’s……”

Zenith-chan glanced around as if checking her surroundings.

Maybe she did not want this to be overheard.

She beckoned me over with a little gesture.

I brought my face closer.

“……I’m scared.”

“Oh, scared? Of what?”

“……Of high places.”

Well, well.

Goodness. To think she was afraid of high places……

“How cute♡”

“……P-Please do not tease me……”

Zenith-chan, who was always so mature, blushed and sulked like a child.

“Sorry, sorry. But it’ll be fine. I’m with you.”

“……Lady Seyi.”

She looked up at me with moist eyes.

I hugged Zenith-chan tightly.

“If you look like you’re about to fall, I’ll save you. Using that robot over there.”

“……Thank you very much♡”

Zenith-chan hugged me back. She rubbed against me sweetly. Hehe, what a cute little thing she was.

“Master.”

As I was hugging Zenith-chan tightly, the useless robot maid gave me a sullen look.

“What? You’re in the way.”

“I am actually bad with high places too.”

“Oh.”

I patted Zenith-chan. Ooh, such silky hair.

It was the effect of the conditioner I gave her.

“Master.”

The robot maid thrust her face closer.

“What?”

“I am scared of high places, so please hug me.”

“Sorry, Cherge, but this spot of mine is for one person only.”

Cherge puffed out her cheeks.

Then she walked briskly over to the railing……

“Sir Cherge? Where are you going?”

“Hyah!”

That Cherge jumped off the ship.

“Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!?”

Vivre, who had been fanning me with a hand fan beside me, was so shocked his eyes nearly popped out.

“You’re noisy, Number Two. Keep fanning me properly.”

“No, no! This ain’t the time for that! That person just killed herself!?”

“She’ll be fine.”

“She won’t be fine!”

What a noisy Number Two.

“She just wants attention anyway, so leave her be.”

“B-But…… I-I’m going to save her! Wait there!”

Vivre stopped fanning me, put his foot on the railing, and dove off.

Good grief. Even though it was pointless.

“The air should be getting thin around now, so everyone, drink this.”

I handed adaptation potions (*medicine that lets you adapt to any environment; it was the thing we used when diving into the deep sea) to the slave girls.

“““Okay!”””

While Number Two and the useless robot were messing around, the slave girls drank the potions.

“It’s warm!”

“It is much easier to breathe than before!”

“……The upper sky is colder than the ground, and the air is thinner. With this, we’ll be able to move around.”

As expected of Zenith-chan. So smart.

“Now then, let’s relax a little longer until we arrive.”

““Hey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!””

The robot maid was blasting jets from her feet.

Vivre was flying along while being pulled by the leg by her.

“What?”

““Don’t ignore us……!””

I was not ignoring them. I was just leaving them alone.
