Holy Knight

An extraordinarily rare Class that appears once every several years—if that. The vast majority of its recipients become knights, and it stands as the top-tier evolution of the Swordsman Class. Most historical knight commanders have wielded this Class.

Swordsman

The most popular combat Class. Commonplace though it may be, it is far from weak. In real combat, depending on the individual’s talent, effort, and strategy, it is entirely possible to defeat a Holy Knight.

A top-tier Class that rivals the Holy Knight. Through training, one can master virtually any high-level magic.

Mage

Typical Skills: “Dragon’s Breath” / “Fire Lance”

Known Holders: Rogan Bentley

Relatively common, though less widespread than the Swordsman Class. Through training, one can acquire numerous spells, allowing greater individuality to emerge.

Swordsman-Mage

Known Holders: Larg Vein

A somewhat rare Class combining the properties of both Swordsman and Mage. It is versatile and quick-moving, though training in the wrong direction can result in a “jack of all trades, master of none” situation.

Brawler

Typical Skills: “Burning Knuckle”

Known Holders: Charlotte

A Class specialized in hand-to-hand combat. When properly trained, its strikes can rival those of the Holy Knight. However, combat tends to be direct and linear, leaving few defensive options against ranged attacks.

Non-Combat Classes

Farmer

Rarity: ★

An extremely common Class. Those born to this Class typically live out lives of ordinariness. However, it is possible to pursue education or engage in commerce.

Magical Engineer

Rarity: ★★

An important Class that supports the foundations of civilization. Its users create magical items through runic script.

Priest

Rarity: ★★★★

Priests conduct Class assignments and related duties at temples. What other roles they fulfill remains largely unknown.

Dragon Tamer

Rarity: ★★★

Those with this Class excel at communicating with dragons. Apart from knights directly chosen by dragons, they are the only ones capable of raising dragons.

Special Cases

Berserker

When a practitioner uses a Skill called “Berserk” acquired through a special magical stone, their Class is overwritten. All their abilities double, and they gain access to advanced Skills. However, within days they completely lose human reason and the ability to speak—and in most cases, they are killed.
