Frazard Wood Golem

I first absolutely had to draw the Tycoon Wolf’s attention away from Nadja.
To do that, I needed to create a golem that the Tycoon Wolf would actually perceive as a threat.
So I dumped my entire stock and, using my aptitude as I walked, kept producing Wood Golems one after another.
Of course, they were nowhere near enough to actually fight the Tycoon Wolf, but all I wanted right now was to stall it.
“Hey, hey, over here!”
“Grrr!”
I personally drew its attention—wait, that was close!?
I activated Tree-to-Tree Transfer and warped over to a nearby Wood Golem.
Phew, that was close… I almost got taken out.
“Grrrr…”
But thanks to me going in close and acting as bait, the Tycoon Wolf’s attention was now completely focused on us.
My role was to buy time until Aira and Nadja unleashed their finishing move.
But at this rate, my points were going to run out first.
In that case… I had no choice but to gamble and use that one.
The skill I activated was—Breeding.
I took the two Fire Wood Golems I had created through Breeding and bred them again.
Their surrounding flames turned blue, and an even larger Fire Wood Golem was born.
Then, when I crossbred the blue Fire Wood Golems with each other, a golem wreathed in white flames—a Blaze Wood Golem—came into being.
I bred the Water Wood Golems in the same way.
When I combined two Water Wood Golems, the resulting Water Wood Golem now cloaked itself not only in water but also in ice.
And when I crossbred those Wood Golems again, an Ice Wood Golem was born, its entire body completely covered in ice.
This was where my trump card began.
It was the strongest piece I could put on the board, usable only for a limited time.
I then took those two golems and—fused them together, then bred them.
Normally, this Blaze Wood Golem and Ice Wood Golem could not simply be bred together.
If you tried to breed two golems with opposing attributes, they repelled each other and their bodies broke apart before anything could be done.
However, these two could, in fact, be fused.
By fusing the two golems while they were still uninjured and then using Breeding again, it was possible to combine them.
The right half of the intact Blaze Wood Golem burned away, charred to nothing by its own flames.
The left half of the Ice Wood Golem was swallowed by water and vanished.
Then the two Wood Golems, having deliberately destroyed their own bodies, overlapped and were reborn as a new golem.
A sudden burst of purple light flared, so bright I could hardly keep my eyes open.
When the light faded, I slowly opened my eyes.
Standing there was a new golem, with a burning right half and a left half that spewed snow.
A golem that forcibly achieved fusion and Breeding by destroying its own body, now bearing two attributes at once, had appeared.
It was the special hidden ace I had prepared.
Its name was—
“This is my full power… the Frazard Wood Golem!”
“I-It combined!?”
“H-hey, you idiot!”
With a creak like an unwound clockwork doll, I turned to look behind me.
There I saw Wheel-san and the others, much closer than they had been during our earlier planning.
Y-You were watching…?
Wait, this was no time to worry about that!
“Go, Frazard Wood Golem!”
