Once snack time ended, it became changing-clothes time.

Together with everyone, I headed to the room of Her Highness the third princess, Hamil-sama.

Since she is almost the same age as me, our builds match.

The lady’s maids energetically stripped off my clothes, and I was already basically a dress-up doll.

I do not even own a dress-up doll myself, though.

Big Brother was making things like super-alloy robots, but those were a bit…

Paul, who received one, was absolutely delighted, though.

And I think he had also made something like a transforming magic armor series modeled after Antonio-san.

I decided to pretend I had not seen that.

The Antonio-san doll also had hair that was wavy, or rather curly, so it captured his features very well.

I get the feeling he is probably planning to give it as a present if Antonio-san has a son someday, but I can already imagine the subtle expression Antonio-san would have when receiving it.

The things Big Brother brought in or recreated from net knowledge are said to be astonishing, and they are all the rage in town.

But those are difficult for anyone except Big Brother to make, so only the royal palace and the merchants who deal with it can obtain them.

I doubt there is any fool who would try to force the issue with Big Brother.

(I had not noticed what was happening right here in this royal palace at this very moment.)

Also, net knowledge and Aoi-san’s sewing skills were brought to the royal palace.

Together with that wonderful machine called a sewing machine.

“Originally, that is something that absolutely should not be let loose in this world so casually!”

Even though he declares that, Big Brother Al calmly spreads it around anyway, and I truly do not understand those nerves of his, as thick as giant ropes.

Even that sewing machine can only be made by Big Brother right now.

It seems impossible to process it, and even the materials themselves cannot be made.

Long ago, it is said that the history of the sewing machine in Japan began when a sewing machine invented in a foreign country was presented by a diplomatic mission visiting Japan to the shogun, who was Japan’s top ruler at the time.

So Big Brother says that means it is only proper to present it to the king of this country, who is descended from Japanese people.

Apparently when the Japanese sewing machine shop that fully cooperated in making that sewing machine was shown the scene of that audience, they cried.

The king was so moved that he even awarded a medal to that sewing machine shop.

Since it is impossible to hand over the real thing, it seems that only something called a photograph was sent to the sewing machine shop, and if Big Brother ever manages to return to the other world someday, he will present the medal then.

Apparently the king even sent him his own words by something called a video mail.

And they say a very polite letter of thanks came back in return.

Those technologies were brought to the dress shop patronized by the royal palace, and there they became all sorts of actual finished things.

And fabrics made from all kinds of materials, woven in an unbelievable variety of ways and dyed in a tremendous variety of colors.

Zippers, elastic belts, hook buttons, Velcro, and colorful plastic buttons.

Apparently the nobles all want various things very badly and it is causing quite a stir, but the source of it all is… Big Brother Al, known by many epithets such as Spirit Demon King, Explosive Flame, Dragon Neck Harvester, and Noble Slayer, so they seem to be agonizing because they cannot make unreasonable demands.

And now the latest dresses armed with all that latest fashion and technology were being put on me one after another.

Pictures of me in them were taken with the magic tool attached to the tablet called a camera that I borrowed from Big Brother, and then stored inside the tablet.

When you use something called a slideshow, all kinds of photographs are displayed one after another, and everyone is captivated.

They were envious, but when I explained that this was only a loan from Big Brother as a tool for product development, they gave up.

Just like the princes, the princesses are all honest and wonderful people.

But Lady Velvet, the duke’s daughter, said this.

“Even among dukes, you should be careful around House Bighton. Especially if that selfish little brat of an heir sets his sights on you, it would be a terrible problem. Just earlier, the father caused a huge incident at the wedding, and things became absolutely dreadful. But then something even bigger happened, so even that was overshadowed.”

That surely means… an incident involving Big Brother.

“Well, in your case, you have ‘Big Brother’ backing you, so there is probably nothing to worry about. If anything troubles you, you may rely on me or the princesses too. Though before that, the other side will probably have been beaten to a pulp.”

Saying that, Lady Velvet raised the back of her hand to below her mouth and laughed loudly in that refined young-lady way.

The other princesses followed her lead and laughed with natural smiles as well.

I ended up laughing along with them too.

Because that is exactly how it probably would go.

I only found out later, but regarding that matter with those dukes, that was exactly what had happened.

It was not me, but unbelievably, they had tried to lay hands on Fal-chan, who is Sacred Elion, and instead of merely being beaten to a pulp, both father and son ended up heading to the execution platform together.

After finishing that dress-up game that any girl would dream of, we were now all strolling around together in comparatively casual dresses, the kind princesses wear when walking around inside the palace.

Since I was with the princesses, noble-looking women and people working inside the palace bowed respectfully to us here and there.

Hmm, it makes me wonder whether this is really all right.

This happens every time, but everyone looks at me curiously, with expressions like, Which young lady was she again?

There is probably some duty inside the royal palace to report suspicious people if they are seen.

But since I am still a child and am with the princesses, no one says anything to me.

By now, I have somehow gotten used to things like this.

Today is a rare wedding inside the royal palace.

And on top of that, it is a truly auspicious day, one that clears away a matter that had long weighed heavily on the kingdom.

The faces of many of the nobles seem a little brighter too.

Well, it is not as though I see them all the time, so maybe it only feels that way to me.

When I see people happily enjoying themselves here and there, it makes me feel happy too.

And amid the splendid wedding, I was also shown the people busily working all over the place behind the scenes.

The princesses said, “At first glance, the royal palace is full of glamorous things, but it is because there are people supporting it from the shadows like this that the country runs well.”

The princesses here are incredibly high-level.

They are absolutely not mere decorations.

There is not a trace of arrogance in them, and they keep their eyes open to things like this and take them properly to heart in everyday life.

I wonder if this too is because of the blood of the rare visitors.

Big Brother often said so.

While showing me moving images, he told me about something called the Shinkansen, and said that in Japan, it is considered important that behind glamorous stages like this, there are ordinary people working earnestly at plain jobs to support them.

And that is what supports Japan’s advanced technology.

I know that royal families are not necessarily all such admirable people.

Apparently the neighboring Empire is quite terrible.

And even in this country, there are surely many people like that duke from earlier.

And even the city of Adros where I live, until Big Brother Al cleaned it out…
