A few days after transporting the PVC pipes from the warehouse in the Beastman Zone, I attended a Higashikami Town community association meeting for the first time. These meetings were held once every two weeks, with representatives from the various groups in attendance.

The participants apparently included Muto representing the Explorers, Sakuma representing the craftsmen, Hoshiya, Takeda, and Tokunaga representing the agricultural community, Koga, the vice principal of the high school, representing education, Dr. Kato, and Matsushita, a surviving member of the community association.
